The complimentary 30-minute conversation is an opportunity to discuss what is happening for you, where you would like to get to and what may be getting in the way. Lisa will explain how she works, answer any questions and explore whether coaching together would be the right fit. There is no obligation to proceed.

Through focused questions, reflection and practical coaching tools, Lisa helps you gain clarity, consider different perspectives and agree realistic actions to move forward.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals and circumstances. Individual and organisational programmes are agreed in advance, with organisational coaching typically including four 60-minute sessions per participant.

Individual coaching conversations remain confidential. Before coaching begins, Lisa agrees the purpose, practical arrangements and boundaries of confidentiality with the organisation and each participant. Where agreed, Lisa may provide an anonymised overview of common themes and development opportunities without identifying individuals or disclosing personal conversations.
