Coaching and Development for Individuals, Organisations and Retail Businesses

Leadership, Confidence and Mindset Coaching

Lisa supports SME owners, managers and professionals who feel overwhelmed, stuck or caught in constant firefighting. Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and values-led development, she helps clients create the headspace to think clearly, establish stronger boundaries and make decisions with greater confidence.

Organisational Coaching for Growing Businesses

Lisa works with organisations experiencing growth, change or increased pressure, providing confidential one-to-one coaching for employees, managers and emerging leaders.

Coaching provides a structured space for people to step back, think clearly and work through workplace challenges constructively. The focus is practical: clearer communication, stronger boundaries, greater confidence, realistic goals and more effective decision-making.

EmC Coaching for Teams and Workplace Relationships

As part of her organisational coaching services, Lisa also works with leaders and teams to strengthen trust, navigate difficult conversations and create workplaces where people feel confident speaking up. Using the EmC Emotional Connection framework, Lisa focuses on real workplace interactions, helping teams communicate more clearly, strengthen working relationships and develop healthier ways of working together.

Organisational coaching may be particularly valuable when:

  • The business is growing and roles are changing.
  • Employees are managing increased workloads or competing priorities.
  • New or emerging managers need support in leading others.
  • Communication difficulties are affecting working relationships.
  • Employees need to prepare for constructive workplace conversations.
  • The organisation wants to address challenges before they become formal HR matters.
  • A team needs to rebuild trust or develop healthier working patterns.

How the coaching programme works

  • Initial organisational consultation
  • Lisa meets with the organisation to agree the purpose of the coaching, the participants, practical arrangements and intended outcomes.
  • Individual goal-setting
  • Each participant identifies the workplace challenges and goals they would like to address.
  • Confidential coaching sessions
  • A programme will typically include four 60-minute sessions per participant, delivered in person or online.
  • Practical progress and action
  • Participants develop realistic and measurable actions relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Organisation-level feedback
  • Where agreed, Lisa provides an anonymised overview of common themes and development opportunities. Individual coaching conversations remain confidential.
